Here at the Mill, we host all kinds of events, from baby showers, quinceañeras, and weddings to fundraisers, banquets, and corporate events. We have hosted events of 50 and 500.

We also offer in house coordination for weddings. Shalese will be your day-of coordinator, and she’ll guide you through the final months of planning.

Wedding Ceremonies & Receptions

We are an indoor venue, which means you never have to worry about the weather dampening your plans! The Mill makes things easy with one room for your ceremony and another separate room for your cocktail hour and reception. Your guests will love that everything is all in one place!

We have two getting ready rooms, a coat closet, a kitchen for your caterer, and two built in bars. Of course, we have loads of bathrooms and tons of space so that everyone is comfortable and ready to enjoy your big day.

So, what else makes us unique? We provide all the tables and chairs you need for your event, and they’re not your typical tables and chairs! All of our tables (rounds, rectangles, and cocktails) are handmade right here in the building from reclaimed wood. They’re too beautiful to cover, so you won’t need linens if you don’t want them! We also provide all the Chiavari chairs you’ll need in either natural wood or gold . . . or both!

In House Coordination

We do require that all weddings have at least a day-of coordinator to ensure that your wedding day is as close to perfect as possible. You are welcome to use whoever you’d like, including any of our suggested planners!

We do offer in-house day-of coordination with our venue manager, Shalese. You’ll probably meet her on your tour, and she’ll help you every step of the way in planning your event at the Mill. Why not make sure she’s there ON the big day for the WHOLE day??

Day Of Coordination with Shalese includes:

Coordinating rehearsal

Placing event decor (centerpieces, escort cards, signs, etc.)

Providing full day wedding day itinerary & timeline

Coordinating with other vendors (florist, caterer, lighting, photographer, etc.)

Gathering family for special photos, dances, toasts, etc.

Introducing wedding party, call tables, make announcements (as needed)

Distributing final vendor payments & tips

Packing up event decor

1 -2 in person meetings 1 - 2 months prior to wedding date to finalize details

Other Events

With so much space, we’re happy to host ALL kinds of events! We host corporate retreats, fundraisers (complete with dinner, dancing, and auctions!), quinceañeras, baby showers, wedding showers, memorial events, speaking events, and more. The sky is the limit — just ask us for a custom package today!
